She attempts to get to the route of the cause, identifying negative thoughts and helping patients replace them with healthier ones. Julie strives to operate from a positive strengths based perspective helping patients develop and apply new and existing skills to help them improve their lives. She employs a client centered approach incorporating the patients personal values while increasing their confidence, their ability to be present, and ultimately finding their authentic selves.
